1. Nature of Services
Translatinghub takes the translation order from the customer (client) who has registered on our site, and passes the order to the translator, or translates by technical means, after which an additional quality check of the translation is done, if it is necessary, and the completed translation is sent to the client. Due to the fact that orders may differ not only for the volume, but have a greater complexity depending on the language and subject matter, the time and the price of fulfillment of the order may vary, the exact information you will receive with the order. Our services can help clients with translations of more than just text files, but also interpretation by telephone or videoconference, voice recording (voice off and voice over), subtitling, proofreading, foreign language typesetting and transcription of audio files offered to the client by Translatinghub within the framework of an offer or a contract signed between Translatinghub and the Client.
Translatinghub focuses on professional non-notarized translations (Informative Translations), such as Website and social media content, Educational materials for students who need translation assistance, texts for aspiring writers. Clients are permitted to use translations for any purpose except legal or official uses, such as court submissions unless explicitly agreed upon. We allow our translations to be used in the public domain by adding them to websites or social media.
We carefully select the translators we work with, which includes not only a test assignment to start cooperation, but also our own system of checking completed assignments, internal quality assessment, and a variable system of payment to our translators depending on the improvement of their performance.

We cannot guarantee that all customer orders will be made in the same style of translation. Translatinghub facilitates the process but is not liable for inaccuracies or stylistic errors in the translations.
12. General Conditions
TRADINGTECH SOLUTIONS LTD reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Translatinghub reserves the right to terminate accounts for Non-payment or fraudulent payment, Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
If services are paid for using unauthorized payment methods, the account will be terminated, and payments may not be refunded.

Your translation project will be delivered electronically to your registered email address or directly through your account on our platform within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times are determined based on the complexity and volume of the project as outlined at the time of purchase. We ensure timely delivery and will communicate any potential delays promptly.
23. Complaints
We value your feedback and are committed to addressing complaints regarding the quality of our services promptly and effectively. Below is an outline of how complaints are accepted and handled, as well as the scope of issues they can address.
How to Submit: Complaints must be submitted in writing via email to support@translatinghub.com. Include the following details: Your name and account information, The order number and date, A detailed description of the issue, Specific examples of the quality concerns. Complaints are accepted only if sent from the e-mail address verified during registration.
Complaints must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the completed translation or service. Once your complaint is received, we will acknowledge it within 7 business days and provide an estimated timeframe for resolution.
Complaints may address the following issues: Errors in grammar, syntax, or terminology, Misinterpretation of the original content, Omission of parts of the text, Incorrect layout or format compared to the original document, Significant delays beyond the agreed delivery time without prior notice.
Our team will review the complaint thoroughly, including the original material, translation, and provided examples. If the complaint is valid, we may offer free revisions to address the issues.
Exclusions are complaints related to preferences for style or tone that were not specified before the project may not qualify for a resolution. Complaints submitted after the 7-day period may not be accepted, unless under exceptional circumstances.
24. Payment Policy
Prepayment Requirement is that all services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis. Services will not commence until full payment has been received.
25. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of translation services, refunds will only be considered in cases of non-delivery that deviate substantially from the agreed project requirements. We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually and may offer revisions or alternative resolutions before processing refunds.
As digital translation services cannot be returned for delivered orders, we provide up to two rounds of revisions free of charge within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests must align with the original project scope and specifications.
If requested changes extend beyond the initial project scope, additional fees may apply. We aim to ensure client satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any issues within the specified revision period.
26. Confidentiality
Client documents are stored securely for one year after project completion and deleted thereafter unless otherwise requested. All documents and client data are handled confidentially. Access is limited to authorized personnel and translators bound by confidentiality agreements.
Lingvolink undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the documents transferred to it and of the content of the statements made during the delivery of the Services.
Lingvolink undertakes to obtain the same commitment from its translators, interpreters, speakers or any other person contracted or involved in a Service.
27. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute related to the use of our services or services, we provide all means to resolve this dispute through negotiations and consultations. Please get in touch with us through our customer service to begin the dispute resolution process.
28. Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, we agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the International Trade Arbitration Institute of the London Court of Arbitration (London Court of International Arbitration - LCIA), provided that the arbitration decision will be binding on both parties.
29. Intellectual Property Rights
Translations remain the property of Lingvolink unless explicitly transferred to the client. Translations may not be reproduced, published, or used for legal purposes by Lingvolink or translators without prior consent.
30. Force Majeure
Lingvolink is not liable for delays or non-performance due to unforeseen events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or political unrest.
