Internal G-Coins Policy

1. Definitions
G-Coins — G-Coins are digital units representing virtual currency used exclusively within the Service for participation in entertainment games. G-Coins constitute digital content, have no function or value outside the Service, are not money or money's worth, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or converted into real-world value.
Users — Users are individuals who access the Website and use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Use, including participation in entertainment games and, where applicable, acquisition or use of G-Coins.
Website — Website means the official website operated by the Service through which Users access entertainment games, related features and G-Coins, as further described in the Terms of Use.
2. Purpose and Scope
This Policy sets out the rules governing the acquisition, use, expiration and loss of G-Coins within the Website. G-Coins are provided solely for entertainment purposes in a free-to-play entertainment gaming environment.
This Policy applies only to G-Coins as digital units and does not regulate access to the Website, gameplay mechanics or user conduct, which are governed by the Terms of Use.
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as enabling gambling, betting or gaming for money or money's worth within the meaning of the UK Gambling Act 2005.
3. Definition and Legal Nature of G-Coins
G-Coins are digital units that constitute digital content made available to Users exclusively for use within the Website. G-Coins are designed solely to enable participation in entertainment game features and have no function or value outside the Website.
G-Coins are not money, electronic money, prepaid value, monetary instruments or a substitute for money. They do not represent, confer or entitle the User to any form of money, money's worth, prize, payout or real-world economic value.
G-Coins do not constitute a prize or reward of value, regardless of how they are obtained or used within the Website.
Any reference to G-Coins as "G-Coins", "credits" or similar terminology is purely descriptive and does not imply ownership, monetary value or redeemability.
4. Acquisition and User Rights
G-Coins may be obtained by Users either through purchase with real money or through entertainment game mechanisms made available within the Website. Where G-Coins are purchased, the transaction constitutes the purchase of digital content with immediate performance.
Upon acquisition, the User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use G-Coins solely within the Website and in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Use and the Fair Play Policy. No ownership or proprietary rights in G-Coins are transferred to the User.
All G-Coins are provided for personal, entertainment-only use. The User is responsible for ensuring that their acquisition and use of G-Coins complies with these policies and with applicable law.
5. Use Restrictions and User Obligations
G-Coins may be used only within the Website and solely for the purposes made available by the Website. G-Coins cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, exchanged, traded or otherwise made available to any third party, and may not be used outside the Website or in connection with any external platform or Website.
The User must not attempt to convert G-Coins into money, money's worth or any form of real-world value, nor engage in any activity intended to circumvent technical, gameplay or contractual restrictions.
Any misuse of G-Coins, breach of this Policy, the Terms of Use or the Fair Play Policy, or any attempt to exploit or manipulate the Website may result in the suspension or termination of the User's account and the loss of any remaining G-Coins, without compensation.
6. Expiration and Loss of G-Coins
All purchased G-Coins expire automatically after twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Any G-Coins not used within this period are forfeited and removed from the User's account without compensation. The expiration period is fixed and is not extended by account activity or gameplay.
G-Coins may also be forfeited upon account suspension or termination in accordance with the Terms of Use or the Fair Play Policy. The User has no right to restoration, replacement or compensation for expired or forfeited G-Coins.
7. Refunds and Payment Finality
G-Coins represent the immediate performance of digital content, and therefore, the Company may consider refunds in cases of: technical errors preventing delivery, duplicate charges, or non-delivery of purchased G-Coins.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@gembinini.com within 30 days of the transaction.
Used G-Coins are ineligible for refunds. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Availability and Changes to G-Coins Policy
The Website may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue the availability, quantity or conditions of use of G-Coins at any time. Such changes may apply generally or to specific Users and do not entitle the User to any refund, compensation or replacement of G-Coins.
